Soft Maple Flitches

This is an awesome wide and figured maple log. The first half of the log would make excellent character table tops with it's ingrown bark patches and splits. The second half shows much clearer faces and limited to no splitting. A few pieces have been skip planned to bring out the figure and show the true color.
