Quite a unique loooking slab of Hard Maple here (and its not the only one). There is spalting and figure in this piece that really grabs the eyes. This piece is actually 2 pieces and the full width is about 37. The larger of the two pieces is about 26" in width. This piece has been flattened on our flattener to remove any twist/cup, however the skinner piece had a significant amount of bow, so only the middle section of the slab is actually level. The over all length of the wood is about 7', however it has been measured as being shorter to compensate for the thickness tapering on the ends.
