This is very nice set of 10/4 Steamed Walnut. The widths of the slabs are up to 30", however the tally shows the widths with some reductions for the end splits. The slabs could be used full width, or the central defects could be removed to yield awesome rift/quartersawn walnut.
The narrow face of piece #6 shows some pockets of ingrown bark where it looks like the tree took a little damage at some point in the past, but the back face is clear.
The set dried nice and flat.
