This is a very nice set of figured walnut. The curl is consistent throughout the set. Pieces 1 - 4 are wide flatsawn cuts, and pieces 5 - 11 are rift and quartersawn coming from the center of the log. These each have one natural edge and one square edge as the pith has been split from the central cuts.
Pieces 1, 2, 6, and 7 have length reductions to compensate for the knot on the far end of the flitches.
Awesome set overall with nice figure and only a couple knots.
