Walnut Slabs
SPECIES
This walnut log set has wide widths and quite uniform in shape. The top half of the log has rot in the crotch grain. This brings great opportunity to use an epoxy to fill the gap. A solid knot is in the center as well as a split on the top end. The bottom half of the log cleans up considerably, yielding lots of clear wood. The right side of the slabs are clear throughout the whole set.
