If you're looking for some wide and mostly clear slabs of unsteamed walnut, this is the set! With the center cuts reaching 31", the widths are great in this set as well. This set also FLAT. So it wouldn't take much to get this set surfaced and finished. Pieces 4, 5, and 6 show some figured in one corner of the slabs, and piece 4 shows a small amount of blue stain from a little metal in the wood.
Overall this is a fantastic set of walnut!
